We are representing a prestigious management and change consulting company, based in the City of London.
We are looking for candidates who have some or all of the following:
At minimum, a bachelor’s degree specialising in:
– organisational development
– industrial/organisational psychology
– human resource management/corporate communications
5+ years’ experience in performance improvement or organisational development
At least 3 years solid experience in applying change leadership and/or change management methodologies and tools.
Outstanding capabilities in conceptual design and development of client-specific training and materials
Solid experience in delivery of on-the-floor, classroom or multimedia training programmes and 1-to-1 coaching of employees, supervisors and mid-level managers
Ability to influence and work from board room to shop floor with a proven track record in creating alignment at client Executive Management level and facilitation of groups
Ability to identify cultural and behavioural issues within client organisations and to advise on solutions to resolve organisational and change issues
